By chance, while doing shopping at Sec 5, Dwarka, I saw board of “FREE EAR TESTING”. I visited, after testing my hearing capability I was suggested to buy hearing aids for both ears. I told that I had wasted my money at karampura hearing center so I need a facility to return the machine for full price in case I am not comfortable. I got surprised when he told me “Ok fine”, use it and if you are not happy then return it in next 15 days. He even did not ask for advance, he told me to submit the post-dated cheque only. I was unknown to him as it was our first meeting but he showed 100% faith on me (and his machines as well). In starting of few days, I was little un-comfortable with hearing machine as there were lots of new sounds. I remembered, I had visited 3 times to fix the volume setting of machine. By 10 to 12 days everything went smooth. Machine was too good and working super. I got my social life back. All in all, I would highly recommend Vaani. You may find lots of hearing aids centre but finding ‘Devendra Dhyani’ may not possible. He has immense expertise in his field and a highly supported person.
